Q-Industries provides ongoing maintenance and support for all applications through firm-fixed pricing or on a time and materials basis:

Fixed price extended support contracts (ESCs) extend the warranty on the application in one year increments. The cost is 20% of the application development (this 20% does not include creative services or requirements definition).

Time and Materials basis support affords you the flexibility to make minor adjustments and fixes throughout the year for technical issues not covered in an ESC. We most frequently serve clients on these terms who already have internal technical resources.
