Case Study : American Farm Bureau Federation
As the nation's voice on agriculture, Farm Bureau updates content for over 1,700 leaders on policy developments, grassroots advocacy, and lobbying activities.

The whole point of a content management system is to put your site into the hands of your subject-matter experts – without needing to call IT.

Challenge
A Content Management System (CMS) to consolidate six other CMS applications into a single platform that would organize, streamline and migrate data from the PR, HR, and legal departments.
Q's Solution
Assisting with product selection and licensing, Q customized and integrated a new CMS to manage and share documents across teams, with security controls to determine access rights for internal and external members.
"Besides the improvement to internal processes, this CMS has been a great advance for our end-users, who can now easily search and match their interests with the right information," said AFB's Earl. "We represent 250 commodities, so the hog producer in Missouri interested in livestock or the citrus grower in Florida won't have to dig and sort through unnecessary information to find to find what they want," Earl added.
